im a kid well im 11 and im gonna watch it i dont get scared easly but only sometimes if the movie is pretty scary
I saw this as a child and it pissed me off moreso than scared me. I wanted that damn doll to die so badly, I remember talking out loud and saying “Die already”!!
Ha Ha This was more comical to me than horror, I laughed and had to
look at it again for a laugh I was in my 20′s when this came out
sorry, it was´n good..maybe 20 years ago…but now…
scared me as a kid, what kind of stuff did they use to make us watch
I love the title ‘The One With the Doll’ – helped me find it – frightened the living daylights out of me when I was a kid!

Hahaha! I never noticed the similarity, but you’re right! I think that’s hilarious, and I think Dio himself would probably be flattered by the comparison!

Hated the doll. Mad feel skeered.
Admit it people, after you saw this, whenever you went to step out of bed, you actually jumped a good three feet out because you thought the doll was underneath your bed.
i remember when I was about five a friend telling me about this and she scared the crap out of me with her telling this is the first time I’ve seen it.
the doll reminds me of Newt Gingrich. Anyhow, I remember seeing this way back when it came out in the 70′s, this really did scare the hell outa me.
For some reason I could see this being on Mystery Science Theater 3000.

This was film was part of the ABC Movie of Week series of the 70′s. There were some duds, but many (like this one; Trilogy of Terror) were well-written, engaging and entertaining TV.
Like many others here, I saw this when I was five and I swear I couldn’t sleep for YEARS afterwards.

I saw this too when I was little. My parents said it would give me nightmares and I said “No it won’t”. Boy was I wrong. Scared the hell out of me for months.
