This is a really big umbrella – which is good because I’m a big guy (6′ 3″). It feels that it really solidly constructed, and the wind does blow through the top to keep the wind from stealing your umbrella. I have had the umbrella for almost 6 months, and it works just fine.

I like this umbrella because it covers me and my two kids as we walk from the car to school. It seems strong and well made. My only issue is that it does not open or close as quickly/smoothly as I’d like.

This product has proven to be durable and mechanically sound. Other more expensive umbrellas I’ve purchased do not resist wind as well and after several uses have problems with the opening mechanism. This umbrella shows no sign of wear and tear even after the severe weather we’ve had this year. Though the weather is unpredictable at least one thing is certain, this umbrella will hold up to the storm.

I am a track and field official and use this umbrella to provide shade and/or keep the rain off of score sheets. It has proved to be great on windy rainy days making it easier to hold this umbrella in some wind and keeping score sheets dryer.
